Job Summary

• Join our team to provide exceptional customer service for retirement plan accounts, building meaningful partnerships with sponsors and channels through ongoing engagement, negotiation, and proactive problem-solving.
• Drive client retention by delivering annual plan reviews to decision-makers and initiating proactive client contact and meetings, providing investment advisory services and fund lineup updates.
• Deliver all aspects of the enrollment, re-enrollment, and education process, including proactively scheduling, determining content, preparing for, and delivering meetings.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of demonstrated relationship management experience
• Working knowledge of qualified plans, ERISA, and qualified plan investments
• Bachelor's degree required
• Series 6 /7, with Series 63 where applicable, OR Series 65 license required
