Job Summary
The Knowledge Experience team shapes how our organization works, collaborates, and learns by enhancing knowledge accessibility and building organizational capability.
In this role, you will design knowledge architecture, partner with teams to capture strategic insights, experiment with AI tools, and drive adoption of knowledge practices.
You will also lead content strategy for system migrations, applying design thinking to co-create solutions and facilitate workshops across different teams.
