Job Summary
As Team Manager for TTL at Grid Integration INOPC, Chennai, you will be responsible for a given team’s operations, resource allocation, competence development, and people development.
You will partner with internal stakeholders and specialized logistics providers to deliver complex, multimodal transport solutions safely, on time, and on budget, while advancing our decarbonization objectives and developing a high‑performing team.
Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, ensure proper staffing, capability building, motivation, and performance management, ensure departmental KPIs (e.g., On‑Time Delivery, CR, CA, TCI, PBS, productivity).

Key Requirements
10–15 years of experience in heavy-lift, project cargo, or specialized transport
4–5 years as a Line Manager or Team Leader
Academic degree in BE (Electrical / Mechanical) or equivalent logistics degree
Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Business degree or equivalent experience
Proven ability to manage complex logistics operations
Strong operational understanding of global trade compliance
Demonstrated success in leading people and multiple teams
