• The Technician is responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with customers, the contact person, and end-users, providing high-quality services and regular, proactive, and precise communications.
• The role ensures the reliable and safe operation of systems in compliance with service contract requirements, company guidelines, and Neulift processes.
