Job Summary

  • Advise employees and managers on all HR related matters and support the yearly people cycle.
  • Coordinate and supervise annual performance evaluations, succession plans, and staff development.
  • Implement results of employee satisfaction surveys and initiate events and programs that support organizational culture.
