Job Summary

  • Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of your time on management and the rest actively participating in product development.
  • Be involved in hiring and onboarding processes for your team, and provide continuous, constructive feedback and coaching to help engineers grow.
  • Redesign engineering work shipping using autonomous agents and operationalize agentic workflows end-to-end, building reusable components and ensuring quality through verification loops.

Key Requirements

  • Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people

  • Ability to think in systems
  • Solid communication skills
