Ability to float to multiple facility zones
Proficiency with electronic health records

Multi-state compact nursing license
Experience with unit councils and governance
Strong conflict resolution abilities
Key Requirements
Graduate of Board of Nursing approved program
Active registered nurse license in Illinois
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience
