  • You enable the operating cadence across key people processes—talent reviews, succession planning, performance cycles, leadership development, engagement, and DEI—while supporting high-stakes interactions with senior executives, the Board, and external partners.
  • This role is ideal for an Executive Assistant who wants to be trusted as an operating partner, exercise sound judgment daily, and drive enterprise-level impact through exceptional execution.
