Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
6+ years instructional design experience
Certification in instructional design or e-learning preferred
Experience with FAA regulations 14 CFR Part 145 and Part 65
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret U.S. Security Clearance
Experience in aviation maintenance or technical environment
Proven instructional design and curriculum development
