Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership for a team of engineering managers in the support of multiple, complex product lines or processes at a manufacturing site and to set the standards of practice for all engineering functions.
  • Under your leadership, your team will be accountable for providing the technical leadership required to sustain and optimize ongoing production in support of both immediate and long term goals, ensure site quality, deliver continuous improvement projects with attendant impact on the site’s financial performance, serve as the recognized process technical experts within the site, and/or accept accountability for ensuring the successful transfer of new products and new technologies into the site.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering
  • 15 years of engineering/technical support roles
  • 10 years in technical management positions
  • Green Belt certification or equivalent
  • Formal training in problem solving analysis
