Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 4 years of experience
  • Utilizing AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation Geopak and InRoads
  • Utilizing traffic engineering software including HCS, Synchro / SimTraffic, and microsimulation (Vissim)
  • Data analysis including development and use of databases including MS Access and GIS software including ArcGIS and QGIS
  • Developing and implementing traffic signal timing coordination / time-space diagrams
