The purpose of the position is to oversee and ensure the effective delivery, compliance, and strategic alignment of all IT services within all regulated entities of APEX Luxembourg.
Candidates must collaborate with Risk and Internal Audit functions to ensure risk identification, remediation plans, and reporting while representing IT in executive meetings.
The role requires ensuring compliance with specific regulatory requirements such as CSSF circular 20/750 and DORA while contributing to IT audits.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
Experience in banking or financial services leadership
Knowledge of CSSF regulations and DORA compliance
Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks like ITIL and COBIT
Proven experience supporting audits and managing third-party risk
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in information technology or related field
Experience as an IT manager preferred
Deep understanding of financial service products
Ability to converse with technical and business teams
