Job Summary

  • The role serves as a strategic advisor to the Country Director and Senior Management Team to lead policy, advocacy, and communications strategy.
  • The incumbent will supervise the Advocacy and Liaison Senior Manager and Communications Manager while managing the department's budget and outputs.
  • This position requires representing the IRC in humanitarian coordination fora and acting as a media spokesperson to spotlight client issues.
