Job Summary

  • Join our global agile Tech team to drive HR and Legal technology transformation through modern platforms, workflow tools, and AI-enabled solutions that support HR, Legal, and related risk and compliance functions.
  • As an HR & Legal Corporate Technology Proximity Specialist, you will optimize and deliver technology solutions across the full HR lifecycle, as well as Legal, Compliance, and Risk-related solutions.
  • We offer a flexible work policy, with most of our positions offering a hybrid option with flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years in business stakeholder management
  • 5+ years in HR technology or Legal technology
  • 5+ years in IT product management or product ownership
  • Experience configuring enterprise HR platforms
  • Hands-on experience with AI, analytics, and automation tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Information Systems, or related field
  • Master’s or PMI/SHRM/HRIT/Legal Operations certifications preferred
