Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field
3-8 years’ experience in Product Technical support
Strong knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, AZURE, GCP)
Proven experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues at Linux operating system level
Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Shell)
