Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Civil, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline)
15+ years’ experience delivering major rail or complex infrastructure programmes
Experience managing engineering budgets
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams (20+ personnel)
Experience working within multi-contract or Design-Bid-Build delivery models
Experience in risk management and quality control
Practical experience in systems integration
Willing to work 5 days a week at the project site or office
