Base: LPN $32.00/hr, RN $40.00/hr; Bonus/Equity: Employee Referral Bonus Program; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, voluntary life & short-term disability, employer-paid life and long-term disability, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, paid license renewal after 2 years, free parking

Key Requirements
Active unrestricted LPN or RN license in Tennessee
