2+ years of experience with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development
2+ years of experience in Enterprise software implementations
2+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design
2+ years of experience with programming in any procedural or POO language
2+ years of functional Human Resource, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain experience
Experience designing dynamic reports (BIRT or Crystal Reports)
2+ years of experience through all stages of a project lifecycle
