Job Summary
The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a two-and-a-half-year global program focused on developing future leaders in Finance.
FLDP participants will rotate through three 9-12 month assignments at various finance functions, gaining exposure to different functional areas and developing leadership skills.
The program includes extensive training to enhance presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills critical for success at Johnson & Johnson.
