The ideal candidate should have 4-8+ years of experience in technical recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and a collaborative approach to stakeholder management

Job Summary

  • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, conducting intake meetings and defining hiring strategies with stakeholders.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, and niche platforms to screen and evaluate candidates for technical capability and culture fit.
  • Lead offer negotiations and candidate closing conversations, provide market intelligence, track pipeline metrics, and continuously improve hiring processes for speed and quality.
