Must-have
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE)
Root cause analysis (RCA) expertise
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of AI tools and application
Lean Six Sigma certification Green Belt or higher
