Must-have
7 years Lead Construction Superintendent experience
Retail construction experience required
OSHA 30 certification required
Proficiency reading commercial construction plans
Manage multiple subcontractors on various projects
Nice-to-have
Restaurant Hospitality and Entertainment experience
Ability to work with construction tools
Procore software experience highly preferred
Timberline Sage experience preferred
Junior college or construction education preferred
