Job Summary
The Director, Ottava Manufacturing Site Leader provides strategic, operational, and technical leadership for manufacturing plants in support of the OTTAVA Surgical Robotic Platform.
This role is accountable for daily operations, long term planning, talent development, and driving transformational initiatives that elevate safety, quality, productivity, and scalability across the site.
The role includes scaling production from pilot to stable high-volume output while maintaining quality and integrating strategic planning, change management, and deep technical expertise.
