Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health indicators, reporting any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas while upholding resident privacy and dignity at all times.
