Job Summary

  • As a Talent Assessment team member, you’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition partners and I/O Psychologists to design and deliver innovative selection strategies that support shared business goals.
  • You will develop and maintain large data sets, conduct analyses including adverse impact metrics and validation studies, and communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
