Key Requirements
at least 18 years of age
HS diploma or equivalent
valid Driver’s License

assisting with lifting/moving individuals
lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
effective written and oral communication
basic computer skills
obtain and maintain certifications
work or life experience supporting people with I/DD
knowledge of intellectual and developmental disabilities
