Job Summary

  • Perform maintenance, diagnose and repair problems, and coordinate with outside contract vendors for building MEP systems in a large medical laboratory.
  • Monitor the Building Management System daily, perform daily rounds to check process gases, compressed air systems, DI Water Systems, and Lab Waste Systems.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA certified Universal technician
  • 3 years or more of HVAC experience
  • HVAC trade school certification
  • BAS and CMMS systems knowledge
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
