Job Summary
Perform maintenance, diagnose and repair problems, and coordinate with outside contract vendors for building MEP systems in a large medical laboratory.
Monitor the Building Management System daily, perform daily rounds to check process gases, compressed air systems, DI Water Systems, and Lab Waste Systems.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
EPA certified Universal technician
3 years or more of HVAC experience
HVAC trade school certification
BAS and CMMS systems knowledge
Possess a valid driver's license
Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems
