Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive virtual medical weight loss care including patient evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, chronic condition management and follow-up care.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including dietitians, care navigators, case managers, behavioral health professionals and external specialists to ensure coordinated whole person care.
This fully remote, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.
