Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years financial counseling experience
U.S. citizenship required
Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) certification
Ability to obtain Tier 2 investigation clearance
Pass Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) process
