• Key responsibilities include leading the customer experience, managing the shift, training new Broistas, and assisting with shop inventory and cleanliness standards.

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days
• Successfully completed most recent flowcheck (90% score or better)
• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification
• Ability to pass mandatory training and tests
