Job Summary
Deliver high-quality technical service and support to our customers, working closely with Business Areas and internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.
Independently complete installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting according to manufacturer's service manual and service SOP, performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal instrument operation.
Attend and complete all required online and F2F trainings, and identify, collect and immediately report all safety related information on Roche products.
