Job Summary

• Lead site Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals by developing and implementing proactive EHSS systems.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on EHSS matters, providing guidance and input to the Plant Leadership Team, and monitoring new regulations.
• Champion EHSS Excellence by leading engagement goals, promoting associate safety, assessing new equipment/chemicals, and managing internal self-assessments.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 5-7 years of EHSS experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• CSP or CIH professional certifications preferred
• First Aid, CPR, AED certifications preferred
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic Safety Management Systems
