The Lab Manager leads the operational and technical laboratory responsible for validating, certifying, and supporting point of sale solutions used across a convenience retail and fuel network.
This role ensures technologies are fully tested, secure, compliant, and operational before deployment while interacting with customers and store operators to resolve complex POS issues and enhance the end user experience.
The position requires collaboration with vendors, engineers, retail operations, and cybersecurity teams to coordinate testing, provide training, and support pilot deployments.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years with POS systems and payment technologies
Experience in convenience or fuel retail preferred
Strong knowledge of EMV, PCI DSS, and forecourt systems
