As a Sales Leader, you will be managing and developing a team of Account Executives, participating and leading in client and prospect meetings, and working cross-functionally with internal partners

Job Summary

  • As a Sales Leader, you will be managing and developing a team of Account Executives, participating and leading in client and prospect meetings, and working cross-functionally with internal partners.
  • You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team, which includes recruiting, hiring, and training new team members on sales process, and will report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years sales leadership experience
  • Leading a team of 7+ quota carrying sales people
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Experience leading Account Executives
  • Track record of creating successful teams
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) experience
