• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with COA/eCOA licensing and clinical study support
• Experience in CRO, life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments
• Demonstrated leadership of complex client engagements
• Strong understanding of regulated environment compliance
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
