Must-have
Coordinate and inspire maintenance team
Work on 24-hour rotating shift roster
Respond quickly to incidents and urgent issues
Ensure public safety during incidents
Perform road sign and EMP maintenance
Complete daily reports and documentation
Nice-to-have
Previous Leading Hand or Team Leader experience
Ability to read and interpret work schedules
Flexible to work AM and PM shifts
Commitment to community and environmental care
Key Requirements
Minimum Class 2 Full Licence WTR Endorsement
STMS Qualification preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in RFS or cyclic maintenance
Flexible to work up to 10-12 hour shifts including weekends
