Salary
Base: $230,000 – $260,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for discretionary bonus and equity; Benefits: Full range of medical and other benefits including PTO and volunteer time

Must-have
10+ years Enterprise SaaS experience
5+ years product management leadership
Deep ITSM and IT Operations domain expertise
Hands-on AI Agents and Generative AI experience
Strategic roadmap definition for agentic solutions
Nice-to-have
Advanced degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Experience with RAG and AIOps
Strong executive communication skills
Proven track record in high-stakes environments
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
10+ years in Enterprise SaaS or ITSM domains
5+ years in product management leadership roles
