Job Summary
As a Syndikusrechtsanwalt (m/f/d) you will draft and review complex security agreements in new or existing business with corporate clients, including syndicated loan and security pool agreements.
You will advise our credit analysis and customer units on the selection of suitable credit securities and on the design and negotiation of (inter)national security structures.
