  • Partner with Account teams to provide technical systems engineering support for enterprise customers and channel partners.
  • Architect and design VeloCloud SD-WAN network and overall Arista solutions, providing technical recommendations and advice.
  • Provide feedback to Engineering and Product Management on revenue-enhancing features and upgrades based on customer and partner feedback.

Key Requirements

  • Expert knowledge in 3+ areas: Ethernet/LAN switching, IPSec, IP Routing, TCP/IP, VxLAN, EVPN, Multicast, QoS, SD-WAN
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Network Industry Certification is a plus
