Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Michigan
  • Controlled substance license
  • 3-5 years pharmacy practice experience
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience
  • Pharm.D and/or residency desirable
