Job Summary
This position will successfully guide and lead the Business Line's profitability and growth in concert with the objectives set forth by the Akron Brass Site Lead & the Fire & Safety Leadership team.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record, demonstrated by a progressive level of growth in responsibility and successful demonstration of leadership/business competencies.
Total Rewards include a compensation range of $112,700.00 - $169,100.00, eligibility for a performance-based bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401(k) matching.
