IDEX Corp. is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Electronics division, responsible for driving profitability and growth while managing P&L and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess significant experience in sales, marketing, and product development, particularly in an OEM sales environment

Job Summary

  • This position will successfully guide and lead the Business Line's profitability and growth in concert with the objectives set forth by the Akron Brass Site Lead & the Fire & Safety Leadership team.
  • The successful candidate must have a proven track record, demonstrated by a progressive level of growth in responsibility and successful demonstration of leadership/business competencies.
  • Total Rewards include a compensation range of $112,700.00 - $169,100.00, eligibility for a performance-based bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401(k) matching.
