This critical leadership role is responsible for the engineering design, delivery, and operation of the firm’s enterprise Data and AI platforms, enabling continued global growth.
The role owns the build and runs of Ares’ core data infrastructure, including enterprise data lakes and cloud-native data platforms, while leading the engineering of next-generation AI platforms leveraging LLMs and RAG.

Salary

Key Requirements
15+ years of progressive technology experience
significant leadership experience in data and AI engineering
proven track record building and operating enterprise-scale data and AI systems
experience leading large, distributed engineering teams
Bachelor’s degree required
Engineering or Computer Science background strongly preferred
