Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years hands-on commercial building engineering
  • Extensive HVAC systems experience
  • Advanced electrical systems knowledge
  • Building automation systems experience
  • Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Engineering degree preferred
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • Relevant industry certifications preferred
  • Current knowledge of applicable codes preferred
  • Previous training or teaching experience preferred
  • Preventive maintenance program development experience preferred
