  • Manages new hires Onboarding including new joiner kit, document collection, buddy identification, and Day-1 briefing.
  • Acts as focal point for end-to-end applications of work permits, professional visit passes, and related passes for foreign employees, visitors, and students.
  • Processes overtime calculation and assists in providing accurate payroll input data every month to HRBP before submission to Compensation & Benefits team.
