Job Summary

  • Provide high-quality wound care and treatment services to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
  • Perform wound assessments, dressing changes, and accurate documentation, monitoring progress and reporting changes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and educate nursing staff on proper treatment protocols.
