Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Technician, you are responsible for continuously developing the production process and working closely with production personnel on the shop floor.
You act as a technical intermediary between operators, team leaders, EHS, quality, R&D, and manufacturing engineering to ensure Lean and efficient production.
You develop tooling and aids to improve safety, ergonomics, and quality, and validate production processes while training involved employees.
