** Great Plains Post Acute is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Director to lead its marketing and public relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in healthcare marketing, and be proficient in Microsoft Suite products. **

Job Summary

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s public relations and marketing programs and activities in order to maintain and increase our census and to provide the community with information relative to our facility, its programs, services, and practices.
  • Assist department directors in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of in-service training classes, on-the-job training and orientation programs concerning the facility’s marketing and public relations programs and activities.
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility.
