As one of two Customer Service Representatives based in Auckland, you will provide end-to-end customer support for turf seed and non-seed products.
You will work closely with customers and Territory Managers to confirm product availability, process orders accurately, and coordinate with our customer service and distribution teams to ensure a consistently high level of service.
