Job Summary

  • Provide executive advisory services to approximately 20 CHRO members who work across all industries and business models.
  • Responsible for member retention and for contributing toward growth in the region through direct support of Gartner Sales in prospect cultivation, account plan development and value demonstration activities.
  • Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member needs and developing a customized value plan in accordance with overall Executive Program strategy and product deliverables.

Salary

Base: 188,000 USD - 225,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus plan or role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k match up to $7,200 per year, company stock purchase discount

Key Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or Masters preferred
  • 5+ years of experience working as a CHRO
  • 15+ years of experience in HR
  • In-depth understanding of the HR function and the role of the CHRO
  • In-depth understanding of the business value of HR
  • Experience working with C-suite and Board of Directors
  • Gartner/(CEB) client experience preferred
  • Consulting background a plus
  • Experience consulting into the federal government on human capital issues is a plus
