Job Summary
Provide executive advisory services to approximately 20 CHRO members who work across all industries and business models.
Responsible for member retention and for contributing toward growth in the region through direct support of Gartner Sales in prospect cultivation, account plan development and value demonstration activities.
Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member needs and developing a customized value plan in accordance with overall Executive Program strategy and product deliverables.

Salary
Base: 188,000 USD - 225,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus plan or role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k match up to $7,200 per year, company stock purchase discount

Key Requirements
Undergraduate degree or Masters preferred
5+ years of experience working as a CHRO
15+ years of experience in HR
In-depth understanding of the HR function and the role of the CHRO
In-depth understanding of the business value of HR
Experience working with C-suite and Board of Directors
Gartner/(CEB) client experience preferred
Consulting background a plus
Experience consulting into the federal government on human capital issues is a plus
