Job Summary

  • Support and maintain IT infrastructure including PCs, servers, storage, networks, on-premises, and cloud environments through installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance
  • Perform Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration and upgrade activities, ensuring smooth deployment, compatibility, security, and minimal operational downtime
  • Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support and troubleshooting for system, network, and end-user related issues
